This page explains which cookies the optimo.fi website uses, what they are used for, and how you can manage your consent.
What cookies are

We use cookies for two purposes: to run and secure the website and, only with your consent, for visitor analytics.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the site to work securely. They protect the site against malicious traffic and remember your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used: which pages are read, where visitors come from and whether they return. If you submit a form on the site, the analytics cookie links your earlier visits to your enquiry. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
Without consent, the site counts page views anonymously: no cookies are set, and no identifier is used that could link your visits together.
Advertising and functionality cookies: we do not use advertising or functionality cookies.

All cookies listed above are set on the optimo.fi domain (first-party cookies), even though they come from our service providers' systems.
Embedded videos
Some blog posts contain videos embedded with HubSpot's video service. They are loaded only after you have given consent.
Third parties and data transfers
The site runs on the HubSpot platform (HubSpot, Inc., USA, and its European subsidiaries). HubSpot provides the website, forms, videos and visitor analytics. Optimo's HubSpot account data is hosted in the EU.
For content delivery and security, HubSpot uses Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA).
We do not use tracking cookies from advertising networks, social media services or other third parties.
Giving and withdrawing consent
When you first visit the site, you will see a cookie notice. You can accept or reject analytics cookies, or choose categories individually. Until you make a choice, we set only strictly necessary cookies.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, analytics cookies are removed from your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Browser settings do not, however, replace the consent given on the site.
Data submitted through forms is processed as described in our Privacy notice.
